Terms & Conditions
We accept all patients, whether you are insured or not.
Insurance payment for treatment:
-
Most insurance companies require a referral letter from your GP or consultant before they will cover you for physiotherapy treatment.
-
For physiotherapy we deal with all major insurance companies. Once we have your complete insurance details, we can bill them directly and save you any bother. For other specialities you will need to ask the receptionist or clinician if the treatment is covered by insurance, several are not.
-
For all insurance companies, it is essential that you contact them to ensure that you are covered for physiotherapy. They will let you know how much treatment you can have and if there any conditions attached e.g. policy excess.
-
Should you run out of insurance or not be covered, you will be liable for the full cost of your care.
Patients without insurance:
Loan Equipment:
- The physiotherapist will sometimes want to lend you equipment to assist your treatment.
- We charge for the loan of equipment, this will include a refundable deposit and a non-refundable loan charge.
- The receptionist will inform you of the charge for your item.
- If you have any other questions or queries about your account please do not hesitate to ask the receptionist.
